The apartment is on the 1st floor and fully furnished.

Entrance, complete kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge etc.), Bathroom with shower & washing machine, seperate toilet, my room and your room (all rooms with seperate entrances).

There is also a very big terrace outside, where you could plant vegetables :)

Your room is large and bright, there is a cupboard, a bed and a shelf in it.

I am a quiet person and am working as a freelancer (coffee business). I am looking for someone to share the flat with who really likes tidiness and cleanliness (very important) and who is working. I speak italian, french, english and german.

Ideal for someone looking for a calm, quiet and peaceful place. Not ideal for students who are partying the whole time. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Within 5 minutes walking distance: Supermarcets, pharmacy, parks, lots of coffee houses + restaurants, undergrount line U2, tram 5, 33, 2, D, 71, 43,44,1, bus 13A

EUR 600,- /month including rent, operating costs, water, internet, house insurance, the complete furniture.

heating costs an electricity are not included (based on last year's consumption costs approx. 100 € per person to be added)
