Your Area of Responsibility – What to Expect:

• Lead the Supply Chain Operations team and ensure reliable global product availability
• Ensure the sustainable implementation and continuous development of the internal ERP system
• Manage production processes and ensure timely and complete deliveries
• Find solutions for operational bottlenecks and coordinate with international stakeholders
• Strategically develop processes, drive standardization and advance digitalization
• Improve workflows in collaboration with external warehouses

Your Recipe for Success – What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management within a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth expertise in a leadership position with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of process optimization, data analysis and Sales & Operations Planning
• Proficiency in ERP systems and experience in their (partial) implementation
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage
