Project Manager - Corporate Controlling (f/m/d)
In the role, you will lead and oversee global projects, ensuring financial alignment and strategic goals, drive digitalization within the global controlling team, manage project financials and risks, align cross-functional work packages. Participate in strategic planning and improve financial processes to reduce recurring tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of global projects to ensure alignment with financial objectives and company strategies by setting clear project goals, timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Exercise economic control over projects to maintain financial health and minimize risks by analyzing project financials, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the global controlling team in digitalization to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy by implementing effective techniques and tools.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls across the entities at AT&S. Optimize efficiency, minimize risk, and support business growth.
Manage and coordinate data management and analytic projects within the controlling organization.
Your Profile
Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent education (Controller lnstitute / Controller Academy).
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Management cerificates is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead projects and convey information clearly.
Experience leading a high-performing project team by setting clear objectives, managing resources and performance, inspiring and motivating others.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Expert knowledge in Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC), with good knowledge in IBM TM1, to manage and analyse financial data efficiently.
Strong understanding of business and technical aspects to align financial planning with organizational goals.
Excellent technical and analytical skills, to acquire information, coordinate project activities, good in critical thinking and displaying technical expertise, evaluate and implement ideas etc.
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, ensuring effective problem-solving and initiative-taking.
Fluent in English both written and oral, German is an asset.
